Job Description:

This is a food picking staff role at a food logistics warehouse in Futamase, Higashi-ku, Fukuoka City, 6 minutes walk from JR Yusu Station on the Fukuhoku Yutaka Line. The warehouse handles food products for nursing care facilities and corporate canteens, split between a room-temperature section and a chilled section; you work in one or both, picking items from a list or following digital on-screen instructions (デジタルピッキング dejitaru-pikingu) — both methods are straightforward and easy to learn from day one. Two shift patterns are available and you choose which suits you: 08:00-17:00 or 09:00-18:00, each with 7.5 hours of actual work and a 90-minute break. An advance pay system (前渡し maewtashi) is available: earned wages can be drawn the same day via Seven ATM from 2 days before payday — minimum same-day access applies within regulations. The workplace actively welcomes all appearance styles: hair colour and style, accessories, nail extensions, and eyelash extensions are all permitted, and casual work clothes are fine as no uniform is issued. Free parking is available on-site and car, motorbike, and bicycle commuting are all welcome.
