Job Description:

This is a bread and pastry production assistant role at a food workshop in Tenjin, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City, directly connected to Tenjin Station — no getting wet on rainy commutes. Working in a team of four in a fully air-conditioned workshop, you start with doughnut shaping, chocolate coating, and filling sandwiches, and help with bagging and stocking the retail counter; as you become confident you can take on dough shaping and flour measuring. The shift runs 06:00 to 15:00, leaving the rest of the afternoon completely free; there is no overtime and no evening commitment. An advance pay system (前渡し maewtashi) is available: earned wages can be drawn the same day at a convenience store ATM within regulations. The workshop provides a full uniform free of charge — white cook's coat, checked trousers, hat, and apron — and light brown hair is permitted. A generous friend referral bonus of 60,000 yen (30,000 yen each) is available, and an outstanding staff award of 30,000 yen is given once a year.
