Hall duties include welcoming and seating guests, taking orders on a handheld terminal (ハンディ端末 handi-tanmatsu), serving food and drinks, clearing and resetting tables, cashier (レジ reji) work, and closing duties — starting with simple delivery and clearing tasks and progressing at your own pace with a senior staff member alongside you.
