Job Description:

This is a pharmaceutical goods inspection and storage management role at a facility in Tama City, Tokyo, 3 minutes walk from Keio-Nagayama Station on the Keio Sagamihara Line. Duties include checking incoming pharmaceutical deliveries against order lists, storing them in the correct location, checking expiry dates, conducting stock counts (棚卸 tanaoroshi), issuing and transporting goods for use, and entering data into the facility's inventory system — there is also the possibility of handling pharmaceutical ordering, and the role includes answering internal and external telephone calls. Three flexible shift patterns are available depending on the day: 08:30-17:00, 08:30-16:00, or 08:00-16:30; the actual pattern on any given day varies, and some designated Saturdays require attendance with different hours — overtime is minimal. An early wage draw service is available: a portion of earned wages can be accessed from as early as 5 days after working. Transportation allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is fully paid within regulations. Note: native-level Japanese language ability is required for this role due to system input, expiry date verification, telephone response, and pharmaceutical documentation.
