Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Butaya Tonichi Ion Moru Ibaraki (豚屋とん一イオンモール茨木店), a tonkatsu and katsudon restaurant chain on the first floor of AEON Mall Ibaraki in Matsugamoto-cho, Ibaraki City, Osaka — 7 minutes walk from both Ibaraki Station and Unohe Station. The menu is straightforward: breading and deep-frying tonkatsu to recipe, preparing katsudon bowls (including miso soup and rice), handling the cashier via touchscreen register, washing dishes using an industrial machine, and keeping the open kitchen and dining area clean — staff who prefer to start lighter can begin on rice preparation and washing up. A Sunday and public holiday bonus (土日祝手当 nichishuku-teate) raises the hourly rate to 1,400 yen, making weekend shifts particularly rewarding for those who can work them. Shifts are self-submitted each week, with a minimum of 3 hours per shift from as few as 2 days a week, and pay is calculated to the minute.
