Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Makino Musashi-Koyama (まきの武蔵小山店), a casual tempura teishoku (天ぷら定食 tenpura-teishoku) restaurant on the ground floor of Toshin Building No. 3, 4 minutes walk from Musashi-Koyama Station East Exit in Ebara, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo. Kitchen duties include deep-frying prawns and vegetables using the store's detailed timing manual (no prior cooking knowledge needed — the manual specifies exact frying times per ingredient), preparing rice and miso soup, and dishwashing; hall duties cover welcoming guests, cashier (レジ reji) work on a touchscreen register, and keeping the dining area clean. A Sunday and public holiday bonus (土日祝手当 nichishuku-teate) raises the hourly rate to 1,450 yen, and hours from 22:00 onwards attract a 25% deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) — applicable on Friday and Saturday shifts which run until 22:30. Shifts are self-declared weekly with a minimum of 3 hours from as few as 2 days per week; weekday-only and weekend-only schedules are both explicitly welcomed.
