This is a hall and kitchen support role at a popular local yakitori restaurant near JR Nara Station, in a lively and sociable workplace. Hall staff handle order-taking and cashier duties, while kitchen staff assist with plating and making drinks — no cooking experience needed. The menu has around 60 items but is straightforward and can be learned within a month. Shifts run evenings only (17:00-22:30) with no overtime, making this a great fit for students or those with other commitments during the day. A salary advance (前払い maewatashi) system lets you access part of your earned wages before payday (subject to company rules; fees may apply). Late-night shifts from 22:00 attract a higher rate under Japan's deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) rules. Nails and hair colour are permitted (within guidelines), and the workplace is described as bright and communication-focused.
