Job Description:

This is a nursing assistant role at a general hospital near Rikuzen-Takasago Station in Sendai, supporting nursing staff and patients throughout the day. Tasks include changing bed sheets, restocking supplies and hygiene materials used by nurses, accompanying and assisting patients with movement, and serving and clearing meal trays — no medical knowledge or qualifications are needed. Shifts are fixed day hours finishing by 17:15 at the latest, with no overtime, weekends off, and public holidays off — making it easy to balance work with family commitments. Holders of a care worker qualification (介護福祉士) start at a higher rate of 1,245 yen per hour, and there is an entry bonus of 20,000 yen (subject to company rules).
