This is a hall staff role at Hanamaimai Sanuki-ten, a popular izakaya chain restaurant located 1 minute from Sanuki Station in Ryugasaki, Ibaraki. Tasks start simply — guiding guests to their seats, taking orders on a handheld terminal, serving food and drinks, clearing tables, and operating the register — with more skills added gradually as you grow. There is no pressure to be loud or entertaining; attentive, polite service is what is valued here, making it a great first job for those who are shy but want to try working with people. A 40-hour training programme (研修 kenshuu) with step-by-step instructional videos is in place, and senior staff provide close support until you are confident working independently. Shifts are available from just 3 hours a day and 1 day a week, with flexible scheduling via a weekly self-submit system — ideal for students balancing classes or homemakers working around family.
