Job Description:

This is a full-time cooking staff role at a welfare facility in Yaita, Tochigi, working in the facility kitchen to prepare nutritious meals for residents. Tasks include ingredient preparation and processing, cooking, plating, serving and clearing meal trays, cleaning the kitchen, and simple stock checking. Shifts are worked within the 05:00-19:30 window on a shift system (8 hours per day, 5 days a week) — the specific hours are agreed at interview. As you gain experience, there is a clear career path progressing from cook to deputy manager, manager, and ultimately area manager within roughly 5 years. Training (研修 kenshuu) covers both cooking techniques and role-specific skill development at each stage. Those transferring from hotels or restaurants, and those with hospital or welfare facility kitchen experience, are particularly welcome — but beginners are also supported. A standard car driving licence (AT acceptable) is required. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is paid up to 18,000 yen per month, and a bonus is paid twice a year.

Wage:

197,800円～270,000円 (per Month) Includes cooking staff allowance. Overtime pay provided separately. Salary increase available. Bonus twice a year.
