Job Description:
This is a kitchen and hall role at Marugame Seimen Kitakami Store, a popular udon and tempura chain, located 4 minutes walk from Yanagihara Station along Route 107. Tasks are divided clearly between stations — boiling and plating udon, cooking tempura and rice dishes, operating the register, clearing tables, and dishwashing — so you can focus on one task at a time and build skills at your own pace. Shifts are self-submitted weekly, available from as little as 2 hours a day and 1 day a week, making it easy to fit around study, family, or another job. Weekdays-only working is explicitly available for those who want to keep weekends free. Late-night shifts from 22:00 attract a deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 25% on top of the base rate. A subsidised staff meal (まかない makanai) is available at 120 yen for 800 yen worth of food, and the Family Shokudo scheme provides up to 10,000 yen per month per child (aged 15 and under) on a dedicated meal card. Hair colour and style are free within guidelines (confirm at interview).
