Job Description:

This is a hall service role at a high-end Japanese restaurant inside Hotel Emion Tokyo Bay, offering panoramic bay views and seasonal authentic Japanese cuisine, 7 minutes walk from Shin-Urayasu Station. Guests visit for family milestone dinners, business banquets, and special celebrations — the environment is refined and hotel-calibre, giving you the opportunity to develop a level of hospitality service well above the average restaurant. Tasks include welcoming and seating guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks with menu and sake explanations, table setup and clearing, register operation, and opening and closing preparation. Two shift options are available: early (11:30-20:30) and late (13:30-22:30), both working 8 hours with a 1-hour break — full-time only, no reduced hours for this position. Late-night shifts past 22:00 are open to applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is paid in full, and monthly earnings of approximately 334,400 yen are achievable working 22 days. Prior hotel restaurant or high-end restaurant hall experience is required; experience with course meal service or sake recommendations is a plus.

Wage:

1,900円 (per hour) Overtime pay provided. Monthly income example: approx. 334,400 yen based on 8 hours x 22 days. Contracts renewed every 3 months.
