Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen role at Toridoru Amagasaki Store, a yakitori family dining restaurant featuring an open kitchen with charcoal grills and a釜めし (rice cooker) setup, 10 minutes walk from Tsukaguchi Station East Exit. Kitchen tasks include threading chicken and vegetables onto skewers, grilling yakitori on the charcoal grill, cooking fried chicken and other dishes, and dishwashing using a machine — recipe cards are provided so beginners can follow along with confidence. Hall tasks cover customer greeting, order-taking via touchscreen register, food and drink service, table clearing, and store cleaning. Shifts are self-submitted weekly, available from 3 hours a day and 2 days a week, with weekend-only working explicitly available. Late-night shifts from 22:00 attract a deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 25% uplift, and weekend and public holiday shifts earn a wage bonus (amount to be confirmed at interview). A staff meal (まかない makanai) is available for just 120 yen, and the Family Shokudo scheme provides up to 5,000 yen per month per child (aged 15 and under). Trainer promotion is available with a maximum rate of 1,350 yen per hour.
