Job Description:

This is a picking and sorting role at a large home electronics retailer warehouse in Kobe Higashinada, handling everyday household products such as tissues, detergent, toys, stationery, DVDs, games, and interior goods. Picking is done using a handheld scanner to read barcodes and load items onto cage trolleys; sorting involves dividing products by category or destination — two positions operated on a time-based rotation. Items weigh 5-10 kg with almost no heavy lifting, so the role is accessible to both men and women across a wide age range. Two shift options are available: 10:00-19:00 (mainly picking) and 11:00-20:00 (mainly sorting), each with a 1-hour break. Working 3 to 4 days a week is available on a flexible schedule — all days of the week including weekends and public holidays are possible. A 500-yen daily attendance allowance is paid on top of the base hourly rate, and a salary advance system is available (subject to company rules). A convenience store is located just 1 minute from the warehouse entrance.
