Job Description:

This is a hotel lounge hall role at a prestigious international hotel in Minatomirai, Yokohama — 1 minute walk from Minatomirai Station — serving the club floor lounge, Yokohama's largest at 393 square metres, with panoramic views of the Ferris wheel and Yokohama Port. The lounge serves club floor guests exclusively for morning breakfast, afternoon tea, and cocktail hour — a refined, unhurried environment where each service interaction is attentive and individually tailored. Tasks include opening preparation (table setting, silver and glassware polishing, store cleaning), order-taking, making and serving drinks and food, and handover at shift end. The shift is a fixed early morning pattern (06:00-14:30) with a 1-hour break from 11:00 — finishing early enough to combine comfortably with a second job or afternoon commitments. International guests are frequent, and basic English conversation ability is expected; those with Chinese language skills or foreign nationals who can communicate in English are also welcome to apply. Daily and weekly payment are available after 6-7 shifts (small handling fee may apply from some banks). Restaurant and hotel hall experience is required; this is an experience-rewarded role.
