Job Description:

This is a hall staff role at Taishu Shokudo Anbee Yashio Minamiguchi Store, a casual izakaya diner 1 minute walk from Yashio Station South Exit on the Tsukuba Express. The workplace welcomes those who describe themselves as shy or not naturally outgoing — attentive listening and calm, considerate service are valued here just as much as being talkative, as many regular guests visit after work and appreciate a relaxed atmosphere. Tasks start simply: serving food and drinks, clearing tables, and assisting with seating — with more skills added gradually at your own pace using step-by-step instructional videos for each skill level. Shifts are available from just 3 hours a day and 1 day a week, self-submitted weekly — ideal for students, homemakers, or those with a second job. A staff meal (まかない makanai) is available for 200 yen, and a 10% dining discount applies at all directly operated stores. A salary advance system (前払い maewatashi) lets you receive that week's earnings 3 business days before payday. Late-night shifts from 22:00 are open to applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law).

Wage:
