Job Description:

This is a dairy product manufacturing support role at a listed company factory in Nantan, Kyoto, working in a clean, air-conditioned facility with no overtime. Two shift options alternate on a 2-shift rotation: early (06:00-14:00) and day (10:00-18:00) — both free of overtime, making it easy to protect personal time. The role splits into two main work areas: sterilisation process (monitoring and adjusting large milk sterilisation tanks from a control room, with manual calculations for material input and occasional pipe cleaning and maintenance); and pre-shipment process (print inspection on a production line using a machine, responding to equipment errors, and washing machinery between product changeovers — plus taste-testing for quality checks). All instructions and reporting at the facility are conducted in Japanese, and accurate understanding of detailed nuances in Japanese is required. A 750-yen daily transport allowance is paid, and a salary advance system is available via a dedicated app (subject to company rules). Car commuting from the Kyoto縦貫自動車道 Yagi-Nishi IC (2 minutes by car) is convenient, and no resume is needed for the remote interview.
