Job Description:

This is a short-term kitchen role (approximately 2 months from immediate start) at a pizza dining restaurant connected to a well-known Tokyo food select shop brand, serving fresh mozzarella pizzas made daily from milk delivered from a farm in Kiyose, Tokyo. Tasks include ingredient preparation and cutting, general mise en place, and plating — focused on starters and side menus, with Western cuisine experience especially welcome. Shifts run within the 09:00-22:30 window for 5-8 hours per day, 3 or more days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday — Friday is off); weekend availability is particularly welcome. A salary advance system (前払い maewatashi) lets you access earned wages before payday (subject to company rules). Prior restaurant cooking experience is required; Western cuisine background is a strong plus.
