Job Description:

This is a hospital operating area cleaning and medical instrument support role in Shinjuku, Tokyo, 1 minute walk from Nishi-Shinjuku Station — maintaining hygiene in surgical rooms and sterilisation areas to medical-staff standards. Tasks include cleaning operating rooms and sterilisation work areas, restocking supplies, returning equipment to designated storage, preparing consumables, washing medical instruments by machine and by hand, inspecting and assembling instrument sets, and sealing items in specialist packaging — all divided among team members so no single person handles everything. There is no direct contact with patients; protective equipment (mask and gloves) is provided and hand hygiene protocols are strictly observed. Shifts run 13:00-22:00 (7 hours actual work with a 1-hour break), Monday to Friday and public holidays — Saturdays and Sundays are normally off, with one Saturday per month occasionally required. A salary advance system (前払い maewatashi) lets you access earned wages before payday (subject to company rules). No experience or qualifications are needed — most staff start from zero.
