Job Description:

This is an incoming inspection and forklift operation role at a newly built large refrigerated and frozen food warehouse in Kishiwada, Osaka, handling commercial frozen and chilled products destined for restaurants and supermarkets. Tasks include operating a reach forklift and picker forklift to handle incoming and outgoing stock, handheld scanner work for inspections, and some manual loading and unloading. The facility is new and well-organised, and warm outerwear (top and bottom) is provided for working in the chilled environment — the blue uniform is reportedly popular with staff. Two shift options are available: 08:00-17:00 or 07:00-16:00 (both 8 hours with a 1-hour break), 7 days a week including weekends and public holidays — your preferred days can be discussed. A salary advance system (前払い maewatashi) is available (subject to company rules). Car and motorbike commuting are permitted; the company has multiple sites across southern Osaka, so a location closer to home can be discussed if needed. Reach forklift practical experience of 2 or more years is required; picker forklift experience is not required and will be trained on the job.
