Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen role at Wa Dining Yumesaki Komachi, a stylish Japanese-style hidden izakaya in the basement of a Kitashinchi office building, with an interior designed by a theme park designer. Hall tasks cover welcoming guests, order-taking, serving food and drinks, and cashier operation; kitchen tasks include making drinks, plating, warming dishes, and eventually light cooking — you can choose hall only, kitchen only, or both. The restaurant is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays (with occasional Saturday openings), so shifts are weekday evenings only (17:00-23:00) — ideal for students finishing class or those with a second job during the day. Shifts are available from just 2 hours a day and 2 days a week via a self-submit schedule; working late past 22:00 is fine for those aged 18 and over, and an early finish at 22:00 can be requested for those who need it. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided free and described as generous — help yourself to as much as you like. Pay can be received in cash (手渡し tewatashi) on request. High school students are not eligible for this role.
