Job Description:
This is a convenience store staff role at Lawson Store 100 Naka-Kasai, 10 minutes walk from Kasai Station in Edogawa-ku, Tokyo, with a bus stop nearby. Lawson Store 100 is a mini-supermarket format combining everyday grocery convenience with a broad food range — tasks include cashier operation, shelf restocking, product display, light food preparation, and store cleaning. Two time slots are available: morning (09:00-13:00) at 1,280 yen per hour, and overnight (23:00-06:00) where the deep-night portion (23:00-05:00) pays 1,600 yen under the statutory deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate), reverting to 1,280 yen from 05:00-06:00. This store uses multi-language registers and has foreign-staff training materials in English, Chinese, Vietnamese, Nepali, and other languages — making it genuinely accessible for those with limited Japanese reading or writing ability. Transport allowance is paid in full, and bicycle commuting is available. Late-night shifts from 23:00 are open to applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law).
