Job Description:

This is a pallet sorting and management role at a refrigerated fresh food warehouse in Ibaraki, Osaka, handling pallets returned from supermarket stores after delivery. Tasks include sorting returned pallets by store, storing them in the correct location, counting and managing pallet quantities per store, and preparing the next day's allocation — light physical work in and around a refrigerated storage area. The shift is a fixed early morning block (06:00-15:00 with a 1-hour break), weekdays only — always off on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. A 500-yen daily attendance allowance is paid on top of the base hourly rate, and a salary advance system (前払い maewatashi) is available (subject to company rules). Motorbike and bicycle commuting are both permitted; the location is approximately 15 minutes walk from Settsu Station. No experience or qualifications are needed — most staff start from zero.
