Job Description:

This is a restaurant hall service role in Shinjuku, 5 minutes walk from Shinjuku Station on the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line, working 5 days a week in a split-shift structure. On weekdays, the shift runs 11:30-14:00 and then 17:00-22:30 with a 3-hour break in the middle — approximately 8 hours of actual work separated by a long afternoon rest. On Saturdays the shift runs 11:30-22:30 with a 3-hour break; on Sundays and public holidays 11:30-22:00 with a 2.5-hour break. Tasks are standard restaurant hall duties — welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and general floor work. Restaurant hall experience is preferred, though motivated career changers are also welcome. Days off average approximately 7 per month; the work pattern is stable and long-term, with store transfers occasionally possible — flexibility in this regard is helpful. Transport allowance is paid in full, and a friend referral campaign offers a 3,000 yen digital gift (subject to company rules). Native Japanese speaking skill is required.
