Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen Kuroiso, a udon and tempura restaurant chain in Nasushiobara City, Tochigi Prefecture. Tasks are divided into clear roles — hall cleanup, dishwashing (洗い場 araiba), cashier (レジ reji), and cooking udon, tempura, and rice dishes — so each person can focus on one area and build speed from day one. Weekday shifts run in the evening from 18:00 to 22:00, while weekend shifts run from 08:30 to 22:00, making this well suited to those who want to work evenings on weekdays and longer hours on weekends. A thorough training system (研修 kenshuu) and written manuals are in place, so no experience is needed and those returning after a gap are very welcome. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available for 120 yen per meal up to 800 yen worth of food. A uniform (制服 seifuku) is provided and hair colour and style are free. Transportation allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is paid up to 50,000 yen per month within company rules, and car and motorbike commuting are permitted with petrol costs covered. A minimum contract period of 3 months is required.

Wage:

1,150円 (per hour) Salary increases (昇給 shokyu) based on performance with a clear grading system. Bonus system available.
