Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen Miyajimaguchi, a udon and tempura restaurant in Hatsukaichi City, Hiroshima Prefecture, located along National Route 2 near Miyajimaguchi Station. Tasks are divided into clear roles — hall cleanup, dishwashing (洗い場 araiba), cashier (レジ reji), and cooking udon, tempura, and rice dishes — so each person can focus on one area and build confidence step by step. A thorough training system (研修 kenshuu) and written manuals are in place, so no experience is needed and those returning after a gap are very welcome. The operating window runs 08:30 to 23:00 with shifts set on a weekly basis — weekday-only, weekend-only, and mixed schedules are all accommodated. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available for 120 yen per meal up to 800 yen of food. Transportation allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is paid up to 50,000 yen per month within company rules, and car and motorbike commuting are permitted with petrol costs covered. Wage:
