Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen Aeon Mall Kakamigahara Inter, a udon and tempura restaurant on the 3rd floor of Aeon Mall Kakamigahara Inter in Kakamigahara City, Gifu Prefecture. Tasks are divided into clear roles — hall cleanup, dishwashing (洗い場 araiba), cashier (レジ reji), and cooking udon, tempura, and rice dishes — so each person can work efficiently from a position that suits their strengths. A thorough training system (研修 kenshuu) and written recipes are in place, making this a good fit for first-time part-timers and those returning after a gap. The operating window runs 07:00 to 22:00 with weekly shift scheduling — short daytime slots, weekday-only, and longer weekend hours are all accommodated. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available for 120 yen per meal up to 800 yen of food. Transportation allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is paid up to 50,000 yen per month within company rules, and car and motorbike commuting are permitted with petrol costs covered. A minimum contract period of 3 months is required.

Wage:
