Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff role at Seven-Eleven Okayama Toiyacho, located in Kita-ku, Okayama City, Okayama Prefecture. Work covers all standard combini duties — cashier and customer service (レジ reji), shelf stocking and product display, light cleaning, stock ordering, POP creation, and campaign leadership as you gain experience. Tasks are introduced gradually so no prior experience is needed — start with simple work and take on more responsibility over time. Four shift slots are available: an early morning slot (06:00-09:00) at a higher rate of 1,314 yen, a morning slot (07:00-12:00), and two overnight slots (22:00-06:00 and 22:00-04:00) with a 25% late-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) from 22:00 to 05:00, giving an effective rate of 1,393 yen. Late-night shifts from 22:00 are for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). Transportation allowance is provided within company rules.
