Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff role at FamilyMart Kofu Chuo, located near the Kasuga Avenue South intersection and Kofu Chamber of Commerce in Kofu City, Yamanashi Prefecture. Work covers all standard combini duties — cashier and customer service (レジ reji), shelf stocking and display, stock ordering, store cleaning, and general floor management. International students are particularly active at this store, and double-jobbing is welcome — a diverse team of students, homemakers, and freeters work here across all hours. Four shift slots cover the full day from 06:00 through to 06:00 overnight: early morning (06:00-09:00), daytime (09:00-17:00), evening (17:00-22:00), and overnight (22:00-06:00 and a Friday/Saturday only 22:00-02:00 option). The overnight slots carry a 25% late-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) from 22:00 to 05:00, giving an effective rate of 1,315 yen. A one-month training (研修 kenshuu) period applies at the start.
