Job Description:

This is a mustard (練りからし neri-karashi) manufacturing role at a clean-room food production facility in Ichinomiya City, Aichi Prefecture. Work involves three steps: weighing and loading raw materials (up to 20 kg bags) into the production pot, monitoring the automated manufacturing process, and thoroughly cleaning the equipment after each production run. The clean room is fully air-conditioned, a clean uniform (クリーン服) is provided, and the workplace is non-smoking indoors. Hours are fixed at 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday with no overtime, weekends and public holidays fully off, and 120 days of holiday per year — making it easy to plan ahead. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) are both available. Transportation allowance covers the full round-trip commute. Free on-site parking is provided. Retirement allowance applies from the first day of employment. JLPT N4 or equivalent Japanese reading and writing ability is required for basic work communication. No resume required. Minimum contract period of 3 months. This is a long-term dispatch position.
