Job Description:
This is a precision optical parts inspection, coating, assembly, and packing role at a laser optics manufacturer in Itami City, Hyogo Prefecture. Three role types are available: optical parts processing and inspection, coating and inspection of laser optical components, and final-stage inspection, assembly, coating, and packing of laser lenses — all involving careful, detail-oriented work at the end of the production line. Two shift options are available: a day shift (08:30-17:15) and a night shift (20:30-05:15 overnight), with weekends and public holidays off per the company calendar. Overtime is substantial at 20 or more hours per month, making this a strong option for those prioritising earnings. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) are both available. No resume and no office visit required — registration is completed online. Night shift (20:30-05:15) is for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). A 14-day trial period applies. This is a long-term dispatch position.
