Job Description:

This is a kitchen staff role at an Italian cafe inside Lalaport Yokohama in Tsuzuki-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture — the restaurant opened in April 2026 so the kitchen is brand new and spotlessly clean. Work involves cooking pasta from scratch (making sauces, boiling noodles, finishing in the pan), preparing and cooking grilled dishes and a la carte items, plating, managing ingredient stock, assisting with ordering, and keeping the kitchen clean. Applicants must have hands-on frying pan cooking experience from a restaurant kitchen — the specific cuisine does not matter, though Italian or pasta restaurant experience is particularly welcome. Shifts are flexible within the operating window of 10:00 to 21:00 on weekdays and 10:00 to 22:00 on weekends and holidays, submitted monthly — a short lunch-only slot (11:00-14:00) is also available for those who want just 3 hours. Applicants who can work weekends are especially welcome. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) are both available. No resume required. This is a long-term dispatch position.
