Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen Kumagaya, a udon and tempura restaurant along National Route 17 (Nakasendo) in Kumagaya City, Saitama Prefecture, 10 minutes walk from Kumagaya Station. Tasks are divided into clear roles — hall cleanup, dishwashing (洗い場 araiba), cashier (レジ reji), and cooking udon, tempura, and rice dishes — so each person can start from the position that suits them best. A thorough training system (研修 kenshuu) and written manuals are in place, making this suitable for first-timers and those returning after a gap. Friday and Saturday shifts extend to 24:00 — late-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies from 22:00 on those days per statutory rates. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available for 120 yen per meal up to 800 yen of food. Transportation allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is paid up to 50,000 yen per month within company rules, and car and motorbike commuting are permitted with petrol costs covered. A minimum contract period of 3 months is required.

Wage:
