Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen Koshigaya Akayama, a udon and tempura restaurant 6 minutes walk from Koshigaya Station (West Exit) in Koshigaya City, Saitama Prefecture. Tasks are divided into clear roles — hall cleanup, dishwashing (洗い場 araiba), cashier (レジ reji), and cooking udon, tempura, and rice dishes — allowing each person to work efficiently from the position that suits them. A thorough training system (研修 kenshuu) and written recipes are in place, so no experience is needed and those returning after a gap are welcome. A late-night wage premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 25% applies from 22:00, making evening shifts more rewarding for those available later in the day. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available for 120 yen per meal up to 800 yen of food. Transportation allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is paid up to 50,000 yen per month within company rules, and car and motorbike commuting are permitted with petrol costs covered. A minimum contract period of 3 months is required.
