Job Description:
This is a licensed cook role at a nursery school in Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City, preparing school lunches for 165 children and 20 staff members daily — the school incorporates brown rice into its meal programme. Work is cooking support (調理補助 chouri-hojo) following set menus, with no overtime and proper break time in a dedicated rest room. The shift runs 08:00 to 17:00 with two fixed days off per week (Sundays and public holidays plus an additional day on rotation), and year-end and New Year holidays are also off. A cooking licence (調理師 chouri-shi), nutritionist licence (栄養士), or registered dietitian licence (管理栄養士) is required to apply — short-college or vocational school education minimum. Transportation is fully covered including petrol (15 yen/km) and parking fees for car commuters. A workplace visit can be arranged before committing. This is a long-term dispatch position with 2 positions available.
