Job Description:

This is a hall support and kitchen assistance role at Sushi Rinda, a fully reservation-only sushi restaurant in Shimomeguro, Meguro-ku, Tokyo that attracts celebrities and television industry guests. The role is back-of-house support rather than traditional hall service — there is no order-taking or cashier work, as the head chef handles the omakase course and billing directly. Duties include dishwashing, setting up the counter before service, store cleaning, stocking supplies, simple food preparation assistance, making drinks, and occasionally bringing drinks to the counter. The restaurant is fully renovated and started fresh about 3 years ago — a calm, high-end atmosphere where a friendly, attentive manner matters more than experience. Shifts can be as short as 4 hours from 2 days a week, with lunch-only, dinner-only, or mixed schedules all available within the 09:30-23:00 operating window — submitted every 2 weeks via LINE. Salary is paid cash in hand (手渡し tewatashi). Transportation allowance is paid up to 20,000 yen per month. Late-night shifts from 22:00 carry a statutory deep-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate). Sundays and Mondays are fixed days off.

Wage:

1,400円 (per hour) Experienced applicants (1 year or more in food service) start at 1,500 yen. Salary increases granted on a rolling basis as skills and shift contribution grow. Late-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies from 22:00 per statutory rates.
