Job Description:
This is a kitchen support role at Dotonbori Imai, a well-known traditional udon restaurant with an eat-in counter inside Daimaru Shinsaibashi in Chuo-ku, Osaka — directly connected to Shinsaibashi Station. Work is entirely behind the scenes: bento plating, assisting with the preparation of udon, rice bowls, and side dishes, washing up, and tidying the kitchen — no customer contact or cashier duties at any point. The cooking is straightforward and similar to home cooking; those with some experience in food service or catering kitchen roles are especially welcome, but home cooks with no restaurant background can also settle in quickly. The shift runs within the 09:00-16:00 window for 6 hours with no break — finishing by early afternoon. Working at least one of Saturday or Sunday is welcomed; shifts are submitted monthly. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) are both available. No resume required. This is a long-term dispatch position.
