Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff role at Seven-Eleven Osaka Tsuruhashi Ekishi, located 3 minutes walk from Tsuruhashi Station in Tennoji-ku, Osaka, with a franchise owner independence support scheme available for those with longer-term ambitions. Work covers all standard combini duties — cashier and customer service (レジ reji), shelf stocking, product display, hot snack preparation, store cleaning, stock ordering, POP creation, and campaign leadership as experience grows. Five shift slots cover the full day: early morning (06:00-09:00) at 1,440 yen, two daytime slots (09:00-13:00 and 13:00-17:00) and an evening slot (17:00-22:00) all at 1,240 yen, and an overnight slot (22:00-06:00) at 1,550 yen — which already includes the statutory 25% late-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) from 22:00 to 05:00. Training runs for 7 days at the same rate as the working rate for each slot. Late-night shifts from 22:00 are for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law).

Wage:

1,240円 (per hour) Early morning slot (06:00-09:00) rate 1,440 yen (high school students also 1,440 yen). Overnight slot (22:00-06:00) rate 1,550 yen — late-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) included for 22:00-05:00 hours. Training rate matches working rate for each slot (7-day training period).
