Job Description:

This is a car cleaning and inspection staff role at a vehicle return facility in the Minami-Chitose area of Chitose City, Hokkaido. Work involves collecting returned cars, carrying out basic vehicle inspections, washing the cars, and handling return reception duties. Shifts run on a weekly request system (シフト制 shifuto-sei) with a minimum of 3 days per week, and working hours are 09:00 to 18:00. An advance payment (前払い maebarai) system is in place so wages can be received before the standard pay date. Overtime (over 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week) is paid at 1.25 times the base rate. A holiday allowance of 1.35 times the base rate applies on the 7th day of the working week (Monday-based calculation). Commuting from Sapporo is also possible.
