Job Description:
This is a convenience store staff role at FamilyMart Gobo Shima, located 10 minutes walk from Gakumon Station on the Kishu Railway in Gobo City, Wakayama. Duties cover all general convenience store operations: cashier register (レジ reji), product ordering, shelf display, and store cleaning. Shifts span from early morning through to overnight, with options including early morning only (05:00-), daytime, evening, and late night (22:00-05:00). The overnight shift (22:00-05:00) carries a deep-night rate of 1,376 yen per hour including the statutory late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate). A 90-day training (研修 kenshuu) period applies; the night-shift rate during training already includes the deep-night premium. Minimum hours are extremely flexible — as little as 1 hour per day and 1 day per week is accepted, making this ideal for students, seniors, or second-job holders. No resume is needed at the application or interview stage. Late-night shifts (22:00-05:00) are for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law).
