Job Description:

This is an opening staff cleaning role at the new Nitori Gobo store (scheduled to open mid-December), located in Gobo City, Wakayama, with work starting from mid-November for pre-opening preparation. Duties cover all general cleaning of the store interior and exterior: mopping floors (モップ掛け moppu-gake), cleaning restrooms and break rooms, and collecting litter around the outside of the building. Shifts run between 08:00 and 18:00 on a flexible request system (シフト制 shifuto-sei), working 3 to 5 hours per day, 3 to 5 days per week, with total hours kept under 20 per week. The role is suitable for second-job holders provided the combined weekly hours stay within 40 hours. A 2-month trial period applies at the same hourly rate of 1,120 yen with no reduction. Annual salary increases are scheduled once per year, and experienced cleaners receive preferential treatment. Foreign nationals with a valid Japanese work visa are welcome — foreign staff are already active at Nitori.

Wage:

1,120円 (per hour) Annual salary increase once per year. Cleaning experience holders receive preferential pay consideration. Trial period (2 months) at same rate — no reduction.
