Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen Naka, a popular udon and tempura chain restaurant in Naka City, Ibaraki, located along Route 349 about 12 minutes walk from Kamikabaya Station. Duties are divided into focused tasks: welcoming guests, taking orders, washing dishes at the dishwashing station (洗い場 araiba), operating the cashier (レジ reji), and preparing udon, tempura, and rice dishes and onigiri. A dishwasher machine is used at the wash station, so hand soreness is not a concern. Shifts run on a weekly request system (シフト制 shifuto-sei) from 08:30 to 23:00; staff working after 22:00 receive a 25% late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate). Minimum commitment is 3 hours per day and 2 days per week, and both weekday-only and weekend-only schedules are available. Thorough step-by-step training (研修 kenshuu) and recipe manuals are provided — no experience needed. Car and motorcycle commuting are permitted with petrol costs reimbursed within company rules. No resume is required at the interview stage.
