Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen Lala Garden Nagamachi, a popular udon and tempura chain restaurant on the 3rd floor of Lala Garden Nagamachi shopping mall, directly connected to the West Exit 3 of Nagamachi-Minami Station on the Sendai Municipal Subway. Duties are divided into focused tasks: clearing the dining hall, washing dishes at the dishwashing station (洗い場 araiba), operating the cashier (レジ reji), and preparing udon, tempura, and rice dishes. Shifts run on a weekly request system (シフト制 shifuto-sei) between 09:00 and 23:00; both weekday-only and weekend-only schedules are available. Thorough step-by-step training (研修 kenshuu) and recipe manuals are provided — no experience is needed. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available for just 120 yen per meal up to 800 yen worth of food. The location is directly connected to the station exit, making commuting especially easy in all weather. No resume is required at the interview stage.
