Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen Yume Town Hatsukaichi, a popular udon and tempura chain restaurant on the 3rd floor of Yume Town Hatsukaichi shopping mall in Hatsukaichi City, Hiroshima. Duties include taking udon orders and boiling to specification, serving udon over the counter with attentive customer interaction, preparing tempura and onigiri following recipes, washing dishes using a dishwasher machine (洗い場 araiba), and cleaning the counter area and kitchen. Shifts run on a weekly request system (シフト制 shifuto-sei) between 08:00 and 22:00; both weekday-only and weekend-only schedules are available, with a minimum of just 2 hours per day and 1 day per week. Thorough step-by-step training (研修 kenshuu) and recipe manuals are provided — no experience is needed. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available for just 120 yen per meal up to 800 yen worth of food. Car and motorcycle commuting are permitted with petrol costs reimbursed within company rules. No resume is required at the interview stage.
