Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen Aeon Mall Yamatokoriyama, a popular udon and tempura chain restaurant on the 3rd floor of Aeon Mall Yamatokoriyama in Yamatokoriyama City, Nara. The store is accessible by bus from both JR Koriyama Station and Kintetsu Koriyama Station, and car and motorcycle commuting are also available with petrol costs covered. Duties are divided into focused tasks: clearing the dining hall, washing dishes at the dishwashing station (洗い場 araiba), operating the cashier (レジ reji), and preparing udon, tempura, and rice dishes. Operating hours are 08:00-18:00 only — purely daytime hours with no late evening or overnight shifts, making this an ideal fit for those who need to be home by early evening. Shifts run on a weekly request system (シフト制 shifuto-sei); weekday-only schedules are available. Thorough step-by-step training (研修 kenshuu) and recipe manuals are provided — no experience is needed. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available for just 120 yen per meal up to 800 yen worth. No resume is required at the interview stage.
