Job Description:

This is a lunch and daytime hall and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen Okayama Higashikawara, a popular udon and tempura chain restaurant in Naka-ku, Okayama City, located opposite Edion and 11 minutes walk from Nishikawara Station. The store is recruited specifically for the daytime lunch time slot (08:00-18:00) — no evening or overnight shifts, making this ideal for those who need to be home by early evening. Duties include welcoming guests, taking and preparing udon orders to specification, preparing tempura and onigiri, cashier operation (レジ reji), washing dishes at the dishwashing station (洗い場 araiba) using a dishwasher machine, and clearing the hall. Weekend-only and weekday-only schedules are both available; shifts are submitted weekly on a request basis (シフト制 shifuto-sei) with a minimum of 3 hours per day and 2 days per week. Thorough step-by-step training (研修 kenshuu) and recipe manuals are provided — no experience needed. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available for just 120 yen per meal up to 800 yen worth. No resume is required at the interview stage.
