Job Description:
This is a short-term winter holiday fruit preparation and dessert plating role at a cake and dessert shop inside Takashimaya Nagoya, located directly at Nagoya Station in Nakamura-ku, Nagoya. Work involves cutting and plating carefully selected fruits onto parfaits, cakes, and desserts, restocking products, and washing up — all kitchen duties with no customer service or front-of-house contact. This is a focused, methodical (モクモク作業 mokumoku-sagyo) role suited to those who enjoy precise, careful hands-on work at their own pace. An initial briefing and on-the-job guidance are provided so no prior cake shop or food prep experience is needed. The contract period is short-term (under 2 months) covering the winter holiday season — ideal for those looking to earn during the holidays or try food preparation work for the first time. Shifts run 3 to 5 days per week including weekends and public holidays, with hours fixed at 08:00-17:00. High school graduate or above is required. No resume needed at application.
