This is a meat packing and sorting role at a distribution centre in Takarazuka City, Hyogo, supplying packed meat products to Ikari Supermarket stores. Work involves plating and packing cuts of meat into trays, applying price labels, and sorting packed products for outbound shipment — no knife or cutting work is involved at any stage, making this accessible for those with no butchery or food processing experience. The work area is air-conditioned and kept at approximately 10 to 15 degrees Celsius, so light warm clothing is recommended. Shifts start very early — from 04:00 in the earliest case — and finish by lunchtime at the latest (13:00), freeing up the afternoon and evening entirely. Multiple start time options are available: 04:00, 05:00, or 06:00 with finish times of 12:00 or 13:00, giving some flexibility. The late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies to the 04:00-05:00 portion of the early shifts, bringing the rate to 1,663 yen for that hour. Those who can work weekends are given preference in hiring. Daily and weekly payment are available. No resume required.
