Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff role at Heart-In Seven-Eleven JR Amagasaki Station East Exit, a station-concourse store directly connected to the east exit ticket gate of JR Amagasaki Station in Amagasaki City, Hyogo. Duties include cashier register operation (レジ reji), customer service, product display and restocking, cleaning, and delivery intake; as staff become more experienced, product ordering and register checks are also assigned. Five shift slots span from early morning through to midnight: 06:00-09:00, 09:00-13:00, 13:00-17:00, 17:00-21:00, and 21:00-00:00. The early morning shift (06:00-09:00) pays 1,400 yen per hour; the evening shift (17:00-21:00) pays 1,250 yen per hour; and from 22:00 within the last shift, the statutory late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) raises the rate to 1,500 yen per hour. All shifts have the same training (研修 kenshuu) rate from day one across a 10-day training period — no pay reduction during training. Minimum commitment is just 1 day per week with hours negotiable. Bonus and salary increase systems are in place alongside social insurance. Late-night hours from 22:00 are for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law).

Wage:

1,200円 (per hour) Shift 1 (06:00-09:00): 1,400 yen/hr. Shift 4 (17:00-21:00): 1,250 yen/hr. Shift 5 (21:00-00:00): 1,200 yen/hr base, rising to 1,500 yen/hr from 22:00 with statutory late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate). Training period (10 days) at same rate — no reduction. Salary increases and bonus system in place.
