Job Description:

This is an Italian restaurant hall staff role at a wood-fired pizza and charcoal-grilled cuisine restaurant inside Lumine Yokohama, directly connected to Yokohama Station in Nishi-ku, Yokohama. Hall duties include seating and guiding guests to tables, taking orders, clearing tables, making drinks, and handling payments via cash, card, and electronic money — all front-of-house service in a relaxed but lively restaurant setting. No prior restaurant or service experience is needed; the role is designed so that newcomers start with greetings and simple tasks and build up to the full range of duties over around one month. Two shift options are available: 10:00-19:00 (day) and 13:00-22:00 (afternoon-evening), each with 1 hour break giving 8 hours actual work; other start times can also be discussed. The schedule rotates across all days of the week including weekends; a minimum of 3 days per week is required and applicants must be able to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). Daily and weekly payment are available. No resume or in-person agency visit required.
